Echezona began with a simple but powerful idea: that payments shouldn’t be complicated.

An accomplished financial expert and real estate developer, Chief Olisa Okeke’s career spans decades of excellence in banking, accountancy, and corporate finance. He began his journey at State Street Bank in Boston before moving to Arthur Andersen in both the U.S. and Nigeria. In 1987, he joined International Merchant Bank (IMB) Nigeria, where he rose to Senior Manager before taking on the role of General Manager, Corporate Banking at Ivory Merchant Bank. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Olisa is the Chairman of Cardinal Developers and Trust Limited, a firm responsible for notable real estate developments in Lagos and Port Harcourt. He holds a BSBA in Accountancy and an MBA from Suffolk University, Boston, and continues to drive impactful growth in Nigeria’s financial and real estate sectors.
